Alumix Furniture Warranty Policy

At Alumix, we are committed to delivering durable and high-quality furniture. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a warranty that covers manufacturing defects and aligns with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).
1. Warranty Coverage
Alumix furniture is covered by a 6-Month Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues arising from materials, construction, or workmanship.
- Structural Integrity: Defects in aluminum frames or components such as cracking or warping.
- Hardware Malfunction: Faults in hinges, joints, or connectors due to manufacturing errors.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, dents, or fading.
- Discoloration or damage caused by the use of improper or harsh cleaning agents.
- Damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or neglect.
- Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive moisture, direct sunlight, or corrosive environments).
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Products used for commercial purposes unless specified otherwise.
3. Warranty Claim Process
If you encounter an issue covered under this warranty:

- Provide Documentation: Submit your purchase receipt and photos or videos of the defect for evaluation.
- Inspection: Our team may inspect the furniture at your location or request that it be returned for assessment.
4. Resolution Options
For approved claims, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following:
- Repair: Fixing the defect at no additional cost.
- Replacement: Replacing the defective component or item with an equivalent product.
- Refund: Offering a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not feasible.
5. Transportation Costs
- For Valid Claims: Alumix will cover any transportation or collection costs.
- For Ineligible Claims: Transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Limitations of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund. Alumix is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use or property damage resulting from product defects.
7. Compliance with Singapore Consumer Laws
This warranty is provided in accordance with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA). It does not exclude or limit your statutory rights under Singapore law.
