- Product Standards: Alumix furniture complies with Singapore’s safety regulations, including the Workplace Safety and Health Act and Consumer Protection (Safety Requirements) Regulations.
- Product Dimensions: All product measurements are subject to a ±5mm deviation due to standard production variables.
- Warranty: Alumix offers a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects, covering structural integrity and hardware malfunctions. Exclusions include normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage from improper assembly.
- For warranty claims, contact Alumix Customer Support with proof of purchase and images of the defect.
3. Health and Safety
- Alumix furniture is tested to ensure formaldehyde-safe materials and compliance with international safety standards.
- Customers should follow provided assembly instructions and adhere to weight and usage guidelines to ensure safe use.
4. Payments and Delivery
- Payment options include credit/debit cards and PayNow. All payments must be completed before the delivery date.
- Delivery Services: Alumix provides various delivery options, including express and truck delivery, with installation scheduling available through our website.
- Delivery times and availability are subject to confirmation by Alumix.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
- Refunds, if applicable, are processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved.
- Shipping costs for ineligible claims are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Alumix values your privacy and complies with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

7. Limitations of Liability
- Alumix is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product misuse or improper installation.
