Can I view the products or material samples in person?

Alumix is fully ecommerce, we do have a showroom situated at 2 Woodlands Sector 1, #05-24 Woodlands Spectrum 1 for you to view the sample of the products.

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

No, we only provide local shipping.

What is the lead time if I order today?

Upon order confirmation, lead time is 3-5 working days. The ETA is an estimate and not a guarantee and can be impacted by external factors such as delays in raw materials, unstable weather and unforeseen circumstances.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We provide one-to-one exchange within 14 days of purchase for major manufacturer defects, but do not provide exchange for item deemed to be unsuitable in terms of style/colour/design.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation can be done within 24 hours of order placement date or payment. As it is our responsibility to ensure that your order is processed, packed and delivered to you in the shortest turnaround time. For orders placed after 24 hours will not be allowed for cancellation.

Do you offer trade programs for ID partners?

Yes, we do offer trade programs locally, Email us at hello@alumix.com.sg or call us at 6555 5255 to further discuss your project requirements.

I do not need delivery until 3 months later. Can you keep my item/s until further notice?

We do provide up to 2 months warehousing services but will charge a fee from the 61st day onwards. Fee depends on the size of your product.

Can you dispose off my old furniture during delivery?

We are not approved for disposals and currently do not provide this service.

What if I cannot receive my item according to the scheduled date provided?

Any change in delivery requested within 24hours of delivery will not be accepted, delivery may be deferred to the next available date. After two unsuccessful attempts to deliver, the company may impose a transportation fee.

What if the item cannot fit into the lift?

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform our team. Our team will assess if the item/s purchased can access the stairwell. There will be a fee of $100/storey imposed for items capped at maximum of three storeys. If the item cannot be delivered via lift or stairwell access. Alumix has full discretionary rights to provide a full refund for the item.

What if the item differs in colour/shape/size upon delivery?

There will usually be some slight deviation, actual product will differ from illustrated photos due to graphic enhancement in terms of size, texture, colour, shape and other variances.

Can I pick up the item myself?

Self-collection can be done at our warehouse situated at 2 Woodlands Sector 1, #05-24 Woodlands Spectrum 1. However, for large items, we recommend using third party delivery vendors, as the items will require a van or lorry.
